Shabby Chic Chalk Painted & Stenciled Furniture
So pretty in pink! We often see Chalk Paint® being used to create soft, feminine looks – and it’s beautiful every time! Danielle knew that Antoinette Chalk Paint® would be perfect for a little girl’s room that featured pastel pinks and soft whites. To take the shabby chic look one step further, she also painted the subtle lace patterns of our Fleur de Lace Furniture Stencil in Pure White Chalk Paint® onto this dresser’s drawers. Vintage Chalk Painted & Stenciled Furniture
There is something so soft and appealing about ferns, their soft green fronds and Feather-like stems. The perfect bit of nature to bring into your home for spring! Danielle found this sweet dresser at a local antique shop and it was just calling out for a little paint + pattern. She left the stripped wood top exposed and the aged patina brings a nice sense of the past to the piece. Just a few stenciled ferns from our Sword Ferns stencil set provided the perfect touch our softness and nature to the rest of the painted piece. Want to take a furniture piece from dated and drab to modern and fun? Incorporating geometric prints and bold patterns is an easy way to liven up your home! Danielle loves all the trending tribal prints that she is seeing everywhere lately and knew she just had to use the fantastic Tribal Furniture Stencil and Graphite Chalk Paint® and Old White to update a plain 40’s era dresser that had been waiting in storage for the right inspiration to come along!
