Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order was placed. You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the time the order was placed. Excluding International orders as the delivery time varies between 2 to 4 weeks, in most cases.
All continental U.S. orders are shipped FEDEX Ground service. Royal Design Studio cannot guarantee 3rd party shipper delivery times and is not responsible for any monetary loss or inconvenience that may be caused due to a late delivery or lost package.

International shipping charges will be based on the weight of your package(s) to your destination. We will contact you with exact shipping charges, and will require your approval prior to processing your order.
Important notice to International customers. There may be additional import taxes or customs duties imposed on your package at the time of delivery. These fees are outside of our control, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any additional fees. Please contact your government to obtain the rates pertaining to import taxes or customs duties. Royal Design Studio is not responsible for import taxes or customs fees imposed by the receiving country..
IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
- Damaged stencils/products must be reported to us immediately and may be returned for an exact product replacement within 15 days of the order date.
- Unopened/unused/undamaged stencils may be returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge and less shipping charges.
- Opened/unused stencils will be subject to an additional 10% repacking charge. Instructional books, Recipe Cards, and DVDs are NOT returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please call 1-800-747-9767 to receive an RMS number. All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA Number and returned in their original packaging within 7 business days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns of any kind without a RMA number and not received within 7 business days will not be accepted! Credit/refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
Sorry! No returns of any kind will be accepted after 30 days.
We cannot accept returns on OOPS! Stencils, “Clearance” merchandise or any other products except Royal Design Studio Stencils.
