Our stencils are laser cut in our San Diego, California, USA studio from durable 10mil Mylar plastic sheets. With minimal care, stencils can be used repeatedly for many different projects and on multiple surfaces. Stenciling is a fast, easy, and inexpensive way to customize and update any surface in your house with paint, including walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and fabric. Stenciling is generally done using either stencil brushes or stencil rollers. You can stencil with craft acrylic paints, latex wall paint, or our specially designed Royal Stencil Creme paints. I did this stencil in my son’s room, it so beautiful that people have to run their hands through the wall because that thinks it’s wallpaper, it really elevates the room, I’ve sold the house since, but I believe this was one of the factors for getting the house sold. Overall very happy with the stencil. The stencil it’s self is very sturdy and I know I’ll be able to use it again. It does take time and work to get a beautifully finished wall but the time investment is worth it. This stencil is very forgiving as it has a lot of small dots so that was a plus! Please choose your paint carefully. Having the right paint for the job is critical.

I absolutely love this stencil. It added a pop to our bathroom that my husband now says it feels like a spa. I am only giving it 4 stars because I wish it came with a trim piece. The stencil is very large and the edges and especially the corners are extremely- to-impossible to bend in there. Even though they are very flexible. I ended up just using a small brush and adding in dots on the edges. I would love to add a pic but I am hooked on stenciling.

Shibori Japanese Wall Stencil
Bought this stencil to make over my laundry room. It’s a large stencil which is perfect! Never stenciled before so didn’t know how difficult it would be. The room turned out great. If I could add a picture, I would! Will definitely be buying more.
