Our stencils are laser cut in our San Diego, California, USA studio from durable 10mil Mylar plastic sheets. With minimal care, stencils can be used repeatedly for many different projects and on multiple surfaces. Stenciling is a fast, easy, and inexpensive way to customize and update any surface in your house with paint, including walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and fabric. Stenciling is generally done using either stencil brushes or stencil rollers. You can stencil with craft acrylic paints, latex wall paint, or our specially designed Royal Stencil Creme paints. The black and white bath had blocks of color and was too bland. The floral stencil added interest and style.
This was a great easy to use stencil that is well made both material (easy to wash and handle and no bleed under) and overlay to pattern my wall. I've come to realize some stencil makers don't make the stencils easy to line up and overlap. Royal stencil does a fantastic job. Love the way my stairwell walls turned out. I chose a deep red with a lighter red using magnolia paint and a 3 inch stencil brush from this side The rollers just didn't give me the control I wanted

I wanted the look of wallpaper without the hassle of stripping it off should I get tired of it down the road.
I misunderstood at first how the stencil sizes worked and initially ordered the large. Realized I actually needed the small. Shipping was quick and easy however returning is impossible. You cannot return it in the same container it was sent in and I still have not found a container from the USPS in order to make a return of the large. Because of that I think I'm stuck with it.
The small stencil was absolutely perfect for my space. It was extremely time consuming to get everything done because I used four different colors on top of the base color wall paint I chose. It completely changed my laundry room. I would love to submit before and after photos!
