With a vintage teak dining set, large Victorian windows, and a bold teal fireplace and mantel, you probably couldn’t tell this room used to be a bedroom! Kortney Wilson used our Diamond Trellis Wall Stencil to create this geometric-patterned feature wall in her favorite room of the house: the dining room. She decided to keep it black and white to help balance out the splashes of color throughout the sophisticated space that fit their decor theme of “Victorian bohemian”. Kortney Wilson says, “For this house, I wanted it to be classy and contemporary with a lot of neutrals and deep blues.” Trying her hand at stenciling for the first time, Kortney and her assistant added this white geometric pattern to the back of the living room as an eye-catching focal point. To soft the bold look of blue painted walls, she added dimension and depth to this accent wall with our Uzma Circles Wall Stencil. This modern mid-century room makeover got its finishing touches by pairing this DIY painting project with a sunburst mirror, gold metal accents, and credenza sideboard.
