Nothing makes us put off a home renovation project like the thought of having to do (or pay for) something hard and time-consuming… which is probably why a lot of our bathroom decor has been on the wayside for quite a long time… Now there’s a solution that is faster and easier! Royal Design Studio has bathroom tile stencils that are used to paint floors including linoleum, vinyl, ceramic, and more! “This is a flooring project in the mud room/laundry room that was originally a brown and dated tile, now elevated to a bright and beautiful painted tile that looks original! The Toledo Tile Stencil turned out better than expected and has held up remarkably well to high traffic by 6 humans and 2 dogs!” – Kaci Farmer

“A friend told me about Royal Design Studio Stencils, and that it's possible to paint over and stencil an ugly tile floor. I became totally obsessed with the idea. Within a week after I heard about it, I was painting my bathroom floor with the gorgeous Palladium Tile Stencil. It was the BEST decision. What a difference! A perfect quarantine DIY project.” – Kathryn Tormos

“I love Royal Design Studio Stencils and have used them in multiple rooms. The floor in this bathroom was awful, cheap-looking, imitation wood flooring. I needed something in my guest bathroom to love and cheer me up and have my guests saying, "Wow, how did you do that?"  So, I decided to use the Maison Floral Tile Stencil by Royal Design Studio.  I also chose to use Rust-oleum's two-step process for home flooring.  The first coat was the primer coat.  The next phase of the project was stenciling.  I used Annie Sloan  Firle Chalk Paint.  The last step was to apply the topcoat.  I applied two coats.  And voila, a lovely, bright, cheerful guest bathroom!” - Linnie Greene

“Would you believe this was stenciled floor if you didn’t watch it happen?? So, so happy with how our guest bathroom refresh is coming along!! Have I convinced you to stencil over your old vinyl yet?!” - @sweetbungalow painted her bathroom floors with the Hexagon Subway Tile Stencil… and it looks like real tile!

It was a weekend project requiring patience and vision, and in the end, we cannot be more thrilled!” – Madeline Jacobs
